Gucci announces the opening of the Circolo: a temporary space in the heart of the city where you can gather to live an immersive experience and discover the collections and the codes of the historical Maison. Various exhibition rooms have been set up inside the ancient building in via Borgospesso 5, to be lived as a narrative space through the various chapters of the Aria collection presented last April 2021, designed by Alessandro Michele. The journey starts from “Gucci 100” and continues with the listening lounge, a room that celebrates the deep bond that the brand has always had with the music industry. The cupboards filled with vinyls are inspired by the songs of some friends of the House: Harry Styles, Sir Elton John, Florence Welch, Achille Lauro, Billie Eilish and many others.
Moving on, the visitors have the opportunity to “parade” on the Aria catwalk, reproduced in the center of the second room, complete with neon lights, flashes and cameras. Then, you may find yourself in an enchanted garden, a place conceived to be constantly transformed: a gathering location that would host the members of the Gucci Community for special occasions. At the end of the visit it’s possible to have a break in the wonderful tea room, with velvet armchairs and sofas surrounded by floral arrangements.
