JM These past years really made us re-evaluate our lifestyle and priorities. Some of us slew down, some others decided to change their life and explore new paths. How was it for you? How did you keep the balance? What makes you feel good now?
SJ Most of the lockdowns for me consisted of online school, which was very strange, and I didn’t love that, I found it very uninspiring as it was so hard to stay engaged. I learnt to appreciate the outdoors so much more, going on a walk everyday made me feel a sense of some normality and it’s now become a part of my daily routine.
JM You grew up in West London, what do you love the most about the city? Have you ever considered moving to a different country?
SJ I love the liveliness of London, especially in West London, there’s always something to do and someone to see but I would love to move to New York at some point and hopefully other countries in the future too!
JM How has it been finding a balance between modelling and your studies?
SJ Now that I’ve finished school it’s a lot easier, but school was always my priority and we managed to schedule work really well, so it didn’t interfere. It was great to be able to have an independent work life away from my studies, which allowed me to develop skills outside of school.
