MUSE TWENTY FANZINE

HOME COLLECTIONS

Louis Vuitton chooses the neoclassical style of Palazzo Serbelloni for the new Home Collections. A setting that enhances the art de vivre, where mastery, design, and innovation engage in a dialogue.

Louis Vuitton, just days after the inauguration of its new boutique at Via Montenapoleone 2, where the second floor is entirely dedicated to Home Collections, returns to the theme of furniture and design. The event highlights Louis Vuitton’s growing conversation in the design world, through a unique vision and a story with deep-rooted heritage. The tradition and innovative spirit of the Maison once again find space among creations with unparalleled savoir-faire. The design objects from the Objets Nomades series have always been produced in limited editions, combining attention to the product and the visionary creativity of international designers.

During the 2025 Milan Design Week, Louis Vuitton decides to continue exploring the world of furniture to tell and build around its values a complete universe, dedicated to life, the everyday, and beauty. The new collection features furniture and lighting pieces, furniture lines, home and table objects, textiles, and games, all of which become true works of art in their display.

The exhibition enters into a dialogue with the spaces of the historically and culturally rich Palazzo. The spectacle unfolds in a walk through different rooms, complementary worlds full of nuances, seemingly different but connected by a strong red thread that draws attention to the details of each Louis Vuitton product. In the petit foyer at the entrance, there is a foosball table by Estúdio Campana, and further ahead, visitors encounter the pinball machine inspired by the latest men’s collection designed by Pharrell Williams. The trunks are once again the protagonists, with the Dresser Trunk being a prime example, displayed open as a cabinet of curiosities revealing a set of porcelain and glasses that appear exceptionally delicate and enchanting. All of this not only tells a story of a new and different approach to fashion but also draws attention to elements that have shaped the history of the Maison’s heritage.

The elements presented recreate a unique dialogue of materials and colours, fabrics and craftsmanship, within an exhibition of true works of art. The traditional craftsmanship codes and the precise lines of the trunks merge into hybrid and stimulating creations that make the boundary between different categories exceedingly thin. The objects are reimagined as functional sculptures. Design is reinvented through the exaltation of artisanal mastery. A collection of exceptional works that embody the values of knowledge, audacity, and innovation of the Maison.
