Unique atmospheres and captivating rhythms: Audemars Piguet enchants the audience with a new and extraordinary edition of Parallel, where innovation, art, and music come together to create an unprecedented sensory experience.

Le Brassus, 17 July 2025 – The renowned Swiss haute horlogerie brand Audemars Piguet captivated nearly a thousand music enthusiasts during the third edition of Audemars Piguet Parallel, an unconventional experience that won over the audience with intense emotions and contagious energy. A key part of the Montreux Jazz Festival since 2019, thanks to the brand’s global partnership with the event, this special evening represents a unique moment in the festival’s calendar, offering a select audience an exclusive concert in a secret location revealed only at the last moment. This year, the experience took place in the former thermal power plant of Vouvry, on the shores of Lake Geneva. The now-disused industrial facility was transformed into a spectacular stage for electronic performances by Alex Wann, Chloé Caillet, and Peggy Gou. A timeless and unconventional setting, perfectly in tune with the innovative spirit of the Maison, which celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2025.

Launched in 2022, Parallel offers winners of a competition organized by the Montreux Jazz Festival a unique opportunity: to experience an intimate performance in unusual settings around the Lake Geneva region. Following the success of previous editions, which featured artists such as The Blaze, Arlo Parks, Mochakk, and Black Coffee, this year’s edition reached new heights of engagement. The sonic journey began with Alex Wann, a rising star of Parisian deep house, followed by the sophisticated and versatile sound of French DJ Chloé Caillet. Closing the evening was South Korean star Peggy Gou, a global icon of electronic music, who transformed the former power plant into a true temple of rhythm. The identity of the venue, built in 1964 and inactive since 1999, was revealed only shortly before the start, ensuring a surprise effect for all guests. For the occasion, the industrial site was converted into an immersive and vibrant space, inspired by the world of precision watchmaking.

“With Audemars Piguet Parallel, we continue to share our openness, passion, and spirit of curiosity, while offering unforgettable experiences to the public.”

– Ilaria Resta, CEO of Audemars Piguet

Over the years, Audemars Piguet has forged increasingly close ties between its artisanal mastery and the world of music. Celebrating Audemars Piguet’s 150th anniversary alongside the audience of the Montreux Jazz Festival has been a meaningful opportunity to highlight the Maison’s heritage and identity. The festival’s organizers have emphasized how, over six years of collaboration, the partnership with the Swiss brand has created powerful musical moments, making Parallel one of the most emblematic expressions of this creative alliance. With each new edition, the initiative continues to push beyond traditional entertainment boundaries, transforming music into an immersive and multisensory experience.
